How to Delete Your Account

We are sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Freshroot account and all associated data, you optionally have two ways to do so:

Option 1: Through the Freshroot App

  1. Open the Freshroot App on your iOS or Android device.
  2. Navigate to Profile > Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap on Delete Account.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.

Option 2: Via Email Request

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team:

  • Send an email to gasiwaw244@acanok.com from the email address associated with your account.
  • Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  • Our team will process your request within 5-7 business days and send you a confirmation email once your data has been completely erased.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Once your account is deleted, your profile, order history, saved addresses, and payment methods will be permanently removed from our active database. Please note that we may legally be required to retain some transactional data for tax and compliance purposes.
